Returns & Refunds


RETURNS

For all returns or refund enquiries please feel free to email us at info@mileyandstitch.com & we will be happy to resolve any issues.

Returns will only be considered within 14 days of your product being delivered. Outside of this time frame we will be unable to offer a return.

We accept returns for change of mind as we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We will refund the full purchase price excluding the cost of shipping once the item has been returned to us. The cost to return the items to us is your responsibility & will not be refunded.

For incorrect sizing we require the items to be returned unused with the tags still attached.

We cannot offer a return or refund on any personalised items, unless however the product is faulty, or a mistake has been made on our behalf with the personalisation i.e. a spelling mistake.

We will not accept returns on these items:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Personalised
  • Clearance Items

 

DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER as it may go to a 3rd party distribution centre which is not associated with Miley & Stitch. Please contact us first and we will supply you with our postal address for returns.

REFUNDS

If you have a faulty item please contact us via email at info@mileyandstitch.com including photos of the faults. Should the item be deemed faulty we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. We will get back to you within 72 hours with a decision & provide further information about the refund.

Please note that once you have made an order we cannot cancel it as all items are arranged with our distributers at the point of sale. However you can return the items to us for a refund upon receiving them.
